General Shipping Policy
All KITS and Radios: shipping policy:
Most products will be shipped within 2 business days.
Products will usually be shipped USPS Express Mail with tracking number
Present cost is $7.10 for small items and $12.10 for larger packages.
Shipments to Canada will cost more depending upon package, usually about $6.00 more
It is our policy to have product in stock, (except for special orders) but due to unforeseen problems, that may not be possible.

Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Built or partially built kits can not be returned for refund, however if you contact us, we will make every effort to assist you in making them work properly.
Shipping of Kits returned for repair will be at customer expense. A quote will be issued on each kit returned for repair. Every effort will be made to keep you satisfied with the kit you purchased.
Backorder Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
